VegasPeak currently does not alter data collection in response to DNT browser signals, as no universally accepted Canadian standard exists. You can achieve equivalent tracking prevention by selecting "Reject All" in our cookie banner. We monitor DNT standards and will update our approach if a recognized standard is adopted.
When accessing VegasPeak on mobile, similar tracking technologies apply via your browser. iOS: Settings → Safari → Privacy. Android: Chrome → Settings → Site Settings → Cookies. You can also reset or opt out of your device's advertising identifier in your device privacy settings. VegasPeak does not currently offer a native mobile app — all services are delivered via mobile browser.
Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent critical Platform functions including account login, game play, payment processing, and responsible gambling enforcement. We strongly advise against blocking strictly necessary cookies.

Data collected through cookies is subject to our full Privacy Policy. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized wherever possible. Marketing data may be shared with partners in pseudonymized form. All cookie data is processed in accordance with PIPEDA and CASL.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in cookies used, new regulatory requirements, or updated practices. Material changes will update the "Last Revised" date and display a Platform notice for at least 14 days. Where required by CASL, we will re-seek consent for new non-essential cookies.
