Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using VegasPeak. By registering an account or accessing our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and VegasPeak Interactive Ltd. ("VegasPeak", "we", "us", "our"), Suite 800, 10180 – 101 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3S4, AGLC Licence No. AB-IG-2583-2583.
By accessing vegaspeak.com, creating an account, making a deposit, or engaging in any gaming activity, you unconditionally accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy, all incorporated by reference. These Terms are governed by the iGaming Alberta Act, S.A. 2026, c. I-1.5 and all applicable federal and provincial laws of Canada.
To create and use a VegasPeak account you must at all times:
You must register by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information throughout the life of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to: never share login credentials; use a strong, unique password; enable multi-factor authentication; log out after each session on shared devices; and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Duplicate accounts detected by name, address, IP address, payment method, or device identifier will result in closure of all duplicate accounts, voiding of all bonuses, and withholding of winnings pending investigation.
All accounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Other currencies are converted by your payment provider.
KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal. Required documents: government-issued photo ID (Canadian passport, Alberta driver's licence, or NEXUS card); proof of address within 90 days; payment method verification. Enhanced Due Diligence (including source-of-funds documentation) applies to accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding $10,000 CAD in any 30-day period. Submissions are reviewed within 2 business hours. Failed verification may result in account closure and referral to AGLC and law enforcement.
VegasPeak operates a comprehensive AML/CTF program under Canada's Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA). All transactions are monitored in real time. FINTRAC reporting is conducted as required. Structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds is a criminal offence. Deposits must be from payment methods registered in your own name. Using our Platform for money laundering results in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement.
Accepted methods: Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Minimum deposit: $20 CAD. Default maximum: $5,000 CAD/day, $15,000 CAD/month. Interac, Apple Pay, and Google Pay deposits are instant. Visa and Mastercard: 1–15 minutes. VegasPeak charges no deposit fees. Failed deposits are returned within 3–5 business days.
Withdrawal eligibility requires completed KYC, positive real-money balance, met wagering requirements, and no account restrictions. Minimum withdrawal: $50 CAD. Maximum: $10,000 CAD/day, $50,000 CAD/month. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Processing time: within 24 hours; Interac received within 1–3 business hours. A 24-hour pending period applies (cancelable during this window). VegasPeak charges no withdrawal fees (one free Interac per calendar month; $3 CAD for additional Interac withdrawals in the same month).
All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific promotion terms. Specific terms take precedence in the event of conflict.
Eligible for new players on first qualifying deposit of $20 CAD or more. Automatically credited. One welcome bonus per player. Not combinable with other offers unless stated. Previously registered players are ineligible.
VegasPeak reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse, collusion, or system exploitation is detected, including multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, low-risk offsetting bets, or automated play tools.
All games use iTech Labs-certified RNGs audited quarterly. RTPs are published in game information panels. Game rules are displayed within each game; placing a bet confirms acceptance. In the event of a software malfunction, the affected round is voided and the stake returned. Displaying incorrect odds or payouts due to technical error does not create an obligation to honour erroneous values. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical dealing/spinning.
The following is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to authorities:
All Platform content — text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to VegasPeak Interactive Ltd. and protected by Canadian and international IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal entertainment use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or scrape our Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VegasPeak's total liability shall not exceed your total deposits in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. VegasPeak shall not be liable for loss of profits, indirect or consequential damages, service interruptions from third parties or force majeure, losses from inadequate account security, or actions of third-party processors or game providers.
Gambling involves financial risk. You may lose money wagered. VegasPeak does not guarantee any gambling outcome. Never gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose.
Close your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or via live chat. Withdraw all real-money balances before closure. Bonus balances are forfeited. Account closure does not affect any obligation to repay a negative balance.
We may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, fraudulent information, self-exclusion status, or as required by AGLC regulations. Account balance treatment will be determined in accordance with our regulatory obligations.
Your Platform access is revoked. Legitimate real-money balances are returned via your registered payment method subject to completed KYC and the absence of any fraud investigation. The 7-year data retention obligation continues after account closure.

Submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. We issue a final written decision within 14 business days of receipt.
Unsatisfied complainants may escalate to the AGLC at aglc.ca, which has regulatory authority over our operations and may investigate AGLC compliance matters.
VegasPeak may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes are communicated via email and Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. If you do not accept the amended Terms, close your account before the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by: the iGaming Alberta Act, S.A. 2026, c. I-1.5; the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act (Alberta); PIPEDA; and the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (Canada). The courts of Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes under these Terms.
